About E-Bloom

While adapting to an increasingly globalized world, we are an organization dedicated to
protecting the future of children and supporting Japanese culture. To this end, we offer
classes in Japanese tea ceremony and Nihon Buyo
(Japanese traditional performing arts)

What is Nihon Buyo (Japanese traditional performing arts)?

"Nihon Buyo" is a traditional dance created in Japan, with a history spanning over 1,000 years.
Today, it is mainly divided into two styles: the "Kamigata-mai" of Kyoto and the "Kabuki Buyo" of Edo.
"Nihon Buyo" is designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Japan.
It is performed to the accompaniment of traditional Japanese instruments such as the shamisen, Ohayashi, and singing
(There are various types of songs, such as “Nagauta,” “Kiyomoto,” and “Tokiwazu.”  I teach "Kabuki Buyo.")

To Everyone Pursuing Health and Beauty

The foundation of Nihon Buyo begins with training the core muscles, which is essential for building a beautiful body.
By strengthening the core muscles, you can effectively burn fat throughout your body.
The core muscles used in Nihon Buyo include the rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques, the muscles between the ribs,
the muscles around the shoulder blades, the erector spinae, the muscles in the pelvic floor, the abdominal transverse muscles,
the
diaphragm, the hip flexors, and the quadriceps.
Additionally, training these core muscles leads to a well-proportioned and beautiful body shape.
Proper use of these core muscles also brings various benefits to daily life.
When the posture is corrected by using these muscles appropriately,
the flow of lymphatic fluid improves, and swelling in the face and body is reduced.
Pelvis are kept in the correct position, internal organs function better,
and bowel movements become smoother, resulting in improved detoxification.
Let's aim for a beautiful body while learning the beautiful poses of Nihon Buyo and training our core muscles!
